Current initiatives:

• Polyblends new OEKOTEX registered Polaris flame retardant removes carcinogenic Antimony Trioxide from production processes and finished goods improving fire, smoke and toxicity performance
• Polyblend select PVC resin produced with nuclear or wind energy lowering CO2 emissions for our Net Zero program
• Polyblend have installed raw material prewarming equipment in our factories, so manufacturing processes start at optimal temperatures, reducing energy intensive production time
•  Polyblend use sophisticated colour processing and analysis equipment, so pigmentation is fully developed reducing consumption
• Continuous customer development programs to remove phthalate plasticisers
